Blueberry Delight Oatmeal

This oatmeal is MY JAM! I don’t have much to say abut it besides it is DELICIOUS! You’re going to have to try it out for yourself.

Ingredients: Makes 1 serving

  • 3/4 - cup of rolled oats

  • 1 cup of water - or more if needed

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tsp vegan chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp PB2

    Instructions:

  • Throw rolled oats, water and banana in a pot. Smoosh the banana and mix well.

  • Cook until creamy.

  • Make Peanut Butter cream by combining peanut butter PB@ and a splash of water. Mix until smooth drizzle perfect consistency.

  • Serve and top with defrosted blueberries (use the juice, its so good), vegan chocolate chips and peanut butter cream.
