Strawberry Oatmeal

Holy geez! This is one of my favorite oatmeal recipes and I have a feeling it will one of yours. This delicious and filling strawberry oatmeal has the perfect amount of sweetness without being overly sweet. Its satisfying and sure to fill keep your belly happy for hours!

Ingredients: Makes 1 serving

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries (I use frozen)

  • 3/4 - cup of rolled oats

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Another handful of strawberries - I use frozen because I like the strawberry juice you get from defrosting them. It’s adds to the flavor!

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

    Instructions:

  • Throw everything in a pot except the strawberries for garnish and the maple syrup.

  • Cook until creamy. If using frozen strawberries, I like to squish them.

  • Serve and top with strawberries and maple syrup

    Enjoy!
