Oat Flatbread

🤯 You guys! This idea from Erin Stanczyk has been rocking my world for lunch days!

Erin shares how she makes delicious flatbread for her and her family with oats and water, so I had to try it. I added a couple of things to my liking and I just can’t stop eating it. You have to try it out!

Ingredients: Makes one large serving

  • 1 c oats

  • 1 c water

  • Pinch of salt

  • EBTB Seasoning (everything but the bagel)

Instructions:

  • Mix oats and water in a blender until smooth

  • Pour or batter into a nonstick pan forming 2 - 3 pancakes

  • Sprinkle with a pinch of salt ad EBTB seasoning

  • Flip flatbread when ready and cook on both sides

    TIP: Add veggies into you batter for added nutrients and extra volume
