Zero Fat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients: Makes 10-12 muffins

  • 1 cup flour - I used whole wheat

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup apple butter (or apple sauce)

  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (you can use any plant milk)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar (or stevia if you want these sugar free)

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Mix flour, baking sod, baking powder, apple sauce, almond milk, vanilla and sugar together.

  • Gently fold in the blueberries

  • Bake for 15-20 mins, let cool

    Serve and Enjoy!
