Cherry Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

If there’s one thing I can’t eat enough of, it’s smoothie bowls. With every bit It’s like I’m a kid again, except this time my parents are letting me have dessert for lunch…unreal! This bowl in particular is my favorite. I’m not sure if it’s the colors or the flavor, but it always hits the spot and keeps me satisfied for hours.

Ingredients: Makes 1 serving

  • 2.5 frozen bananas

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries

  • Splash of plant milk

    Toppings:

  • 1 small banana or 1/2 of a large

  • Handful of blueberries

  • Sprinkle of hemp seeds

Instructions:

  • Blend the ingredients for the base together. I use a Vitamix, but If you don’t have one, just use one strong enough to mix and smooth out frozen fruit. Your smoothie should be thick enough to spoon out of the blender.

  • Place in a bowl and top with the recommended toppings.
